NDIS Invoicing

Customers often purchase memory foam mats as sensory support tools and receive NDIS payment support. We have two options to provide the required details for your NDIS claims.

SELF MANAGED PLANS

For self managed NDIS plans, simply proceed to checkout and payment as you normally would. At checkout, enter the Participant Name and Participant NDIS # in the available field to include this information in your invoice.

A link to your invoice will be included in your order confirmation which can be submitted to your case manager.

PLAN MANAGED

1. When completing your checkout information, add the eligible NDIS Participant Name and NDIS # in the suggested input field.

2. At checkout, select the "NDIS Invoice Request" as a payment option.

3. You will receive an order confirmation email that will include your tax invoice for submission to your Plan Manager. You will also receive a payment invoice with payment links to be forwarded to your Plan Manager.

Important Information about your NDIS order

If your NDIS order is self-managed (direct payment) your order will be fulfilled as per the availability when placing the order (ie. standard pre-order schedules will be upheld if applicable)

If your order is plan-managed, we urge you to contact us at hello@zenli.com.au once you have filed your claim with your plan manager and to keep us updated with the process.

As we cannot predict how long NDIS claims can take to be processed, we cannot withhold stock during the processing period. If the product you have ordered has sold out during the claim process, your order will be moved to the following restock date (typically every 4 weeks).
